I give a 4-star because we were a bit disappointed about the tour, however, we really enjoyed the tour guides! They were very sweet and kind.
I recommend that when you are planning your visit, call ahead to ask which day they will process the pineapple and which day they will pick the pineapples. We were shown the factory where there is the assembly line to wash and clean and check for good pineapples. However, nobody was working there because it was a picking day! Apparently, they pick and process on alternate days. So if we had gone a day earlier or later, we would have been able to see the process of cleaning the pineapples, which is what I really looked forward to. We were also disappointed because we did not get to see the picking process either!
However, the farms were magnificent, they are endless! We were shown pineapples of all sizes and age! Our tour guides did a wonderful job explaining the entire process of planning pineapples to us. We really enjoyed their informative guides.
Bonus: you get a free digital copy of a picture taken at the farm! It's super cute and convenience, I really love that! Overall, I would say this farm is worth a visit and would probably be great for a family with small children to check out all the pineapples!

Mahalo for joining us! We're sorry you didn't get to see the packing plant in action, since we are still an active plantation the farm workers have to go where they are needed. We hope you come back again!
