Nos navires offrent plus d'espace par passager. Les meubles sont recouverts d'un revêtement épais avec des finitions lisses pour la désinfection. My wife & I booked this morning trip on Dec. 9. The weather was great. We saw humpback whales on the way out to Molokini and on the way back in to Maalakea Harbor. The captain slowed down and let us enjoy each sighting until the whales dived down. Once at Molokini we were briefed on how to use the equipment and enter the water. My wife has some mobility issues but the staff made sure to help her on & off the stairs to the water and boat without asking. They really were a lot of help. The breakfast food was fresh fruit, croissants and pound cake. It was delicious. The BBQ lunch was also good, Cheeseburger, chicken, or hot dogs with all the fixings. Then after finishing snorkeling there was a open bar with local brewing company brews, wine or mai tais. The captain also showed us & talked about the different islands and their history. We both had a great time on the trip and are planning to take our grandchildren here with us next year and go on the Pride of Maui.

There were six of us on this snorkeling trip and it couldn't have been a better experience! The staff was so accommodating and friendly. They explained everything and pretty much answered any questions we might have had before we needed to ask! It was a beautiful day, we saw spinner dolphins, a whale, and turtles! So happy we chose this outfit for our snorkeling while in Maui!

We booked this adventure while in port for 2 days and really wanted my daughter to see turtles ... turtle town.. thus the name of the excursion. As soon as we board we are told there will be no turtle town as the water is too murky. Ok. Fine. disappointed. But Can’t control the weather. Sie la vie. So we stayed at Molokini crater for the entire time and saw everything that had to offer. (Been there .. done that. Not the point of my booking). On the Ride in, burgers were great. Drinks were available. The crew was patient with kids.. only heard a raised voice when warranted for safety. I did hear 1 crew member make a somewhat “under ear shot/under their breath” racial comment. Nothing crazy. Just noted. Overall. It was all good and fine. Daughter enjoyed the snorkeling a lot. Don’t bring your spray sunscreen. They have plenty of sunscreen available on board. Do bring cash... tips were strongly encouraged.

We are sorry that the trip didn't turn out to be exactly what you expected. Thank you for understanding that we can't control the water conditions. The weather isn't always conducive to plans and it's truly a disappointment for us as well when this is the case. Our main goal is to ensure you have a great time while exploring Maui's waters with us. I am at least happy to hear you were still able to visit Molokini Crater! This is one of the top sought out snorkel destinations in the world, home to endemic species of corals that are found nowhere else, along with an abundance of many species of fish. I'm so glad that your daughter had fun while snorkeling there, it's definitely an experience that everyone should get to enjoy! Our pride ourselves on our fabulous crew and their service. They interact with hundreds of people daily, not only ensuring safety in and out of the water, but also making sure everyone is enjoying their time with us. It's disappointing to hear that someone was less than professional, and the occurrence will be addressed. We thank you for your honesty. Even if it was "nothing crazy," it's still unacceptable, as we hold ourselves to a higher standard. Great tip on using our reef-safe sunscreen while on board, we highly recommend using it over your own!
