WE HAVE TWO BOATS ON OPPOSITE SIDES OF THE HARBOR. MAKE SURE YOU ARE PARKING AND CHECKING IN AT THE RIGHT LOCATION AS IT IS A LONG WALK TO THE OTHER SIDE.

The smooth way they transitioned from boarding to snorkeling to serving food and drinks was impressive. It made for a super relaxing fun day with the family!

Boat staff were amazingly friendly and helpful. They are super willing to help out first timers providing instruction and tips. If you are looking for something friendly to 1st timers and wanting some more reassurance with having a life guard it's a great time. They also do Snuba as well. If you are an experienced snorkeler this probably won't be your jam. Also, if you have a mustache, shave it before you go. This helps the seal around your mask so you don't get salt water up your nose. The crater us an amazingly beautiful place though!

Crater is gorgeous, my team is amazing, attentive to guest service and safety. Yes, we do place lifeguards in the water to assist the less experienced snorkelers, and first timers, as well as swimmers and snorkelers who may have more experience, though also may need any range of assistance. Thousands of experienced snorkelers return year after year, who appreciate the fact that while we do not hover, we make sure they too are safe. We keep vaseline on the boats for guests with moustaches to apply for a good mask seal, and unless your name is Colonel Custard, you probably don't have to shave your moustache off. My guys are experts, with decades of experience, in Hawaiian waters. They understand the conditions, experience and comfort levels of our guests. We will continue posting lifeguards in the water and other safety protocols, and assist anyone who may need us for any reason, both beginners and experienced snorkelers.

This experience was top notch all the way around! Each staff member was enjoyable, knowledgeable and paid great care to the safety of all passengers. All info and directions before the trip was clear and easy to understand. Parking was close to the check-in & boat. Breakfast was provided once on board. The cruise out to Molokini was enjoyable. The equipment and options offered were great. The first dive site was clear with tons of fish to see. Lunch was served on the way to the next site with great precision. The cheeseburgers were delicious. Turtle Town was a short cruise away and another enjoyable site. After snorkeling drinks were offered and the Mai Tai's were great. Definitely our favorite excursion during this week visit. Highly recommend them and can't wait to go again.
