Nos navires offrent plus d'espace par passager. Les meubles sont recouverts d'un revêtement épais avec des finitions lisses pour la désinfection. We booked this to see marine life and We’re not able to even see the turtles. Only made one stop to the crater due to high tides, I feel the ads were very misleading. We could have snorkeled for much less somewhere else.

Its interesting to read reviews from guests who were with us on the same trip. Thankfully, the vast majority of our guests have such a wonderful day out on the ocean, aboard a spacious and stable yacht, experiencing beautiful snorkeling at a world class location like Molokini, on a day when a whale shark dropped in for a visit. They appreciate our amazing crew, limited capacity, unmatched service, delicious food, open bar and all the other amenities and care we provide. Once in a while there are those who believe the glass is always half empty and miss out on so much while bumming out about their half empty glass. Then there are those who sink deeper into negative energy and feel a need to blame others for their self inflicted disappointment. I’m sorry, but adjusting our snorkeling locations and staying at Molokini because the surf was dangerous up on the shallow reef, is a very good decision which you should be well pleased with. Your safety is our number one priority. There are loads of turtles at Turtle Town, and other shallow reefs along the coast, where we take you 90% of the time. What you call false advertising, we call CARE and concern for your safety, and best snorkeling experience for that day and those conditions. I suppose you could have snorkeled off the beach that day for free, and wound up in serious trouble, with strong currents, surge and big surf, on your narrow quest to “see a turtle”.

Personally haven’t been here in 20 years and was sad to see the condition of the coral and diminished sealift First time for the grandkids. One loved it, one was terrified, and one was ambivalent. We had a good time and employees were awesome but prices way to high for the overall experience

Thanks for your 5 star review and kind words about my awesome crew. You are correct, they truly are the best of the best. The world's oceans have changed over the last 20 years. Maui and the Hawaiian Islands are no exception. Elevated ocean temperatures have caused certain species of coral to bleach and eventually die. The use of non compostable plastics and harmful sunscreens have also taken its toll on the reef. It is up to us humans to do as much as we can to care for our oceans. Aboard our vessels we start by limiting the number of passengers we operate with to 60% of our US Coast Guard capacity. This significant reduction in passengers leaves a smaller foot print, while providing an elevated level of unmatched personalized service. The vast majority of our guests are happy to pay a little more for this. We use biodegradable cups, plates, utensils, and serving ware. Reef safe sunscreen and wetsuit tops are available onboard, and long ago we banned the use of sunscreens that contain harmful chemicals. The crew was fantastic and Molokini Crater (and other) snorkeling was great! We were very impressed with how well organized the Pride of Maui excursion was completed. The food was also delicious and the snorkeling equipment was easy to use. Additionally, the crew rented us wetsuit tops ($10 each) to stay warm while snorkeling. The wetsuit tops helped a lot with the cold water. We traveled with 8 people, 4 adults and 4 college age students. We will definitely book this trip again when we return to Maui. Thank you for a great excursion!
