First time parasailing. During COVID 2021, not sure which outfit was reliable as the usual Yelp, Tripadvisor reviews were mixed with other outfits (not H2O). Took a chance on H2O.
First, H2O Office was very easy to find..its in the middle of a strip mall (with McD's, grocery store, etc) and you literally get on a boat from the dock in the back of the office. There are bathrooms in the office so you can change, etc.
Front office staff very friendly. No issues. We were lucky with family of 5 as we had the entire boat to ourselves (I think it only fits 6 people anyway). We were the first group for the day so we actually went out on the boat with our 2 member crew. The boat crew were very friendly and put everyone at ease since it was our first time.
Everyone had a blast. Never seen my son smile so much in such a short amount of time (from videos and photos).
Even though we had a GoPro Hero 9, it is well worth the $65 to purchase both the videos and photos package. Yes, buy it, it was worth it just to see the smiles and reactions on everyone's faces...TRUST me! (I'm normally the "cheap one").
Since the boat stays out on the waters all day, we ended up taking another smaller dingy type boat back to the docks as they ferry people back and forth using the smaller boat. Since we were the first group for the day we went out with the boat, so that is a thought if you are considering when to go out.
Cons: wish it was longer but understandable given the constraints.
The Take: if you have never done parasailing and want to try it, go with H2O, they will take great care of you. And buy the video and photo package, don't cheap out, it's well worth it.
