We used this service as transportation from our cruise to kennedy space center. Frank called while we were in ship letting us know his pickup location. Ed was our driver, very nice guy, great conversations to and from on his background of KSC. We contacted Ed once we were finishing up our tour and he responded within minutes, picking us up and getting us back to the ship safely and within 15 minutes. We highly recommend using them and will definitely use them again in the future.
