Frank was great. Great communication. Even with a hurricane going through shortly before our cruise returned to port (and throwing off all of the shuttle and airport travel), Frank was able to work with another shuttle group to get us to airport with plenty of time. Thanks.

I was upset that I paid for private car was told we had to a share ride. My has dementia that’s the reason I wanted a private car. The other people that was on the ride with us was very rude They seen he was in a wheelchair and got on before us and took all the front seats so it was a little rough going back it bus. Other then that your service was good. Do I get any kind of refund for having to take a share ride. Thank you Donna Pollin

Greetings Mrs P. Yes on that day Saturday Nov 5th we had a staffing shortage, and had no other options but to provide a shared shuttle option that day to ensure your safe arrival at the airport in Orlando in a timely manner. I am sorry for the short notice, and the inconvenience it manifested. I have notified your travel service of this and applied a 50% adjustment to your fees.

Highly recommend. Great communication and friendly service. They picked us up from the aiport and took us to our hotel and then picked us up at the port and took us to the airport. They rolled with the punches when our flight came in late and got us to the airport on the way home in plenty of time. Very nice to deal with. I can't say enough good things about them.!
