I can't even put into words the fantastic service we had with Joanna and Frank. We were a family of 8, 4 children (18 months- 9 years old) and 4 adults (parents and grandparents). Joanna was in communication with us from the minute we landed in Orlando and gave perfect instructions to find our luggage and then find her. The drive from Orlando to Port Canaveral was about an hour, and she was so patient with all of us. She even made a quick pit stop for us to pick up the dinner we had ordered. This was above and beyond what we expected. Frank picked us up from our cruise to return us to Orlando. Again, he was in communication with us from the time we docked until he picked us up. Having never been on a Disney Cruise, we were not 100% sure when we would disembark, but Frank was ready at 7:30 am. Traveling with a large group can be stressful, but Frank and Joanna took all that stress away. Travel was absolutely seamless. Also, should note that car seats were provided at no extra charge. Thanks for helping to make our vacation amazing!

Anytime we fly into Orlando for our cruise, we will call up Frank! This was our second time using them and he is great! Always on time, very friendly and knowledgeable, he enjoys talking about his city. Thanks Frank for getting us to our cruise and back to the airport when our cruise ended! We’ll see you next time!!

The service from start to finish was perfect. I had numerous questions before I traveled and my emails were answered quickly and provided very helpful info. Frank was our driver on both trips. He was friendly, on time, clear in our meet up process & gave us a safe and interesting ride. I will use this service every time! Thank you for this pleasant experience.
