Great tour to explore Memphis Downtown for families of various ages and individuals new to the city. Tour has good amount of stops and places see and lunch is provided (Central BBQ). Tour is a good value. Also, Larry our guide was a pleasure and very friendly and informative. Please note, is that we took the tour while in COVID restrictions and we felt safe and it was even good experience on a rainy day. Also the Rock N Soul Museum was a nice touch to end the tour! Would recommend.

We had a great time, our tour guide was "Larry". He was exceptional, kind and most of all he took the time to answer all our questions. We had numerous questions, this was our first time in Memphis.

Our guide, Larry, was excellent. Unfortunately, it was drizzling rain, and with the COVID restrictions, we didn't see or do much. We got out of the bus at Victorian Village to look at the outside of a house and got out at the Lorraine Hotel. We didn't even go by the Orpheum Theater, Gibson Guitar Factory (which I think no longer exists), or historic Cotton Row, nor did we go into the Peabody Hotel or Lansky Brothers. We did have lunch at Central BBQ, which was good. I'm not sure I would recommend this tour as long as COVID restrictions are in place.

Sorry to hear you were disappointed, Linda. We always want to make sure that our guests have the best possible experience. First, we do understand that the combination of rain and COVID restrictions can put a damper on any tour. The tour does not ever go inside any of the homes at Victorian Village, so that part has always only been seeing the homes from the outside. As for the Peabody Duck March, the hotel put restrictions in place that does not allow for non-hotel guests to visit during the Duck March Friday-Sunday--we should have made that more clear to you, so we apologize for that. You're right, though, that Gibson Guitar Factory is no longer in operation in Memphis but it looks like that never got amended in the tour description. Thanks for bringing that to our attention. As for Cotton Row and the Orpheum Theater, they are very minor drive-bys on this tour, so we will work harder to point those out and their significance to Memphis history. We appreciate your comments and hope that you'll come back to Memphis and give us another chance when things are a little more "normal"!
