This was a very comprehensive exhibit about the historical development of rock and soul, the rise of the music scene in Memphis, the impact of rock and soul on culture and race relations, and the devastating consequences of the assassination of Martin Luther KIng on the City of Memphis. This sounds very pedantic, but with the music clips, costumes, and anecdotal information, it was very interesting and we learned a lot. We only wish we had had time to listen to more of the optional music selections.
