Children 13-17 must have a signed parental consent form to participate in the absence of a parent or guardian.
Minimum Weight: 40 pounds to fit into required lifejacket
Maximum Weight: Approx 250lbs dependent on waist size to fit into kayak cockpit
Maximum Height: Guests over 6'3" will not be able to use the rudders to steer and may be uncomfortable in the kayak
Guests should be in good health and will need to paddle for approximately 2 hours
Operates in all weather conditions, please dress appropriately
At time of booking, Cruise ship passengers must provide the following information at time of booking: ship name, docking time, disembarkation time and re-boarding time

Had a great time paddling with a view of Mendenhall Glacier. Our guide Ben was very informative and kept us all safe. We saw a raft of Sea Lions, lots of seals and a couple of bald eagles. The seals and sea lions came quite close. Great tour. Recommended.

Our tour guide, Ben, was so informative and he made our tour so much fun! He was very well educated on the local wildlife and we really enjoyed the history of Alaska, the glaciers, and the local area. Our favorites were the sea lions and of course the bald eagles! The level of exertion is about a 4 out of 10. We definitely recommend this for someone wanting an adventurous encounter with Alaska and nature.
