• Your guide will be carrying a City Wonders flag at the meeting point for easy recognition.
• It is the responsibility of all visitors to be at the meeting point 15 minutes before departure. Guests arriving after departure cannot be accommodated. Missed tours or tickets cannot be refunded.

• This tour involves a fair amount of walking; comfortable shoes are recommended.
• New York city tourist sites are among the most popular in the world, but please be aware that some locations may be unavoidably busy during standard hours.
• Photography is permited throughout the tour, but might be limited in some MET exhibitions.
• City Wonders reserves the right to refuse participation on its tours to any guest under the influence of drugs or alcohol or to any guest whose behavior is disorderly, or poses a threat to other guests or City Wonders staff.
• Gratuities for your guide that provides excellent service are appreciated.

• Tour is ADA accesible and foldable strollers can be brought, however, there's no storage available throughout the tour.
• Most venues/attractions in NYC have airport-like security and item restrictions apply. Please make sure to plan enough time as your meeting point is within the museum.

• MET does not allow bags bigger than a bag pack. If you bring a backpack you will be required to hold it in your hands.

Rob was our tour guide and he was exceptional. We do a lot of tours and he def ranked among our favorite guides. We had been to the Met by ourselves and it was just so overwhelming. Go with a guide, it makes the experience so much more enjoyable. I learned so much!

Since the Met is the fourth largest museum in the world it can be quite overwhelming. This Highlights Tour was absolutely brilliant since it gave us a good idea of what the Met is all about and we got to see some stunning pieces. Our guide, Richard, was polite, friendly and had excellent knowledge about the exhibits he showed us and together we went on a journey through time from ancient Egypt to ancient Greece to the Renaissance to Art Noveau, Impressionism and modern masterpieces. We highly recommend this tour especially if you are a "Met beginner" and/or are pressed for time.

Had a wonderful experience my tour guide Rob from City Wonders was excellent. It has always been a dream of mine to visit the MET and to visit with someone with such knowledge and insight was truly amazing!!!
