Breathtaking sights await you on the Mansions Of Miami Beach Tour, which passes through some of Miami’s most elite residential areas and the iconic Downtown Miami. Enjoy the sea breezes and sunshine while taking in the Bayfront architectural wonders on Miami’s Millionaire Row, which has housed some of the world’s most famous and affluent actors, socialites, businessmen and artists throughout the century. All of our vessels are Coast Guard certified and meticulously maintained to up hold the best experience for our guests. All of our boats have a full bar accepting cash and credit, you are able to grab light snacks, a cocktail or soft drink.

Tour Length: 90 minute sightseeing cruise.

Please Make sure to arrive at our ticket booth 40 minutes prior to your departure time of choosing to check-in and receive your boarding passes. Bayride Tours kiosk is located at the entrance of Bayside Marketplace next directly next to Bubba Gump Shrimp.

Multiple issues with this tour, we didn't even get to get on the boat and they refuse to refund. The site says meet at one location and the app (which never showed me tickets and wouldn't let me log in) says different, then the GPS coordinates are another location. The weather definitely complicated things with VERY heavy rain and thunder, lighting hit across the street but they still continued the tour. We couldn't find anywhere in the email (which had links that did not work for tickets or contact info) that said how to contact the tour guide company for confirmation of the tour still going out or direction to the meet location. It took 20 minutes of conversation through a different chat app to finally get a phone number. I was told the tour left without us, even though we were on the dock at departure time. There definitely needs to be a better communication system set in place, maybe something that contacts the purchaser close to departure time of they are not there yet. They should also offer a refund if someone doesn't feel comfortable on a boat in a thunderstorm or is held up due to weather.

Keep your expectations in line. They will sell every seat. Which means the deck will be crowded and some won't be able to sit (downstairs may have seats but it is muggy/mildewy/smells like the bathrooms). Line up early to be sure you get a seat you like. It's a nice way to see the islands and get a lay of the land. Not as much commentary as I would have liked. There is a bar but we didn't get drinks. Lasted 90 minutes but I was ready to be done after about 45-60 minutes.
