Jet Ski age specifications: 0-3 years can't ride a Jet Ski; 4-17 years can't drive a Jet Ski but can be a passenger if accompanied by an adult; people 18+ can drive a Jet Ski. You must provide a Photo ID. ID is required to ride Jet Skis.
A Boating License is required for anyone born after January 1, 1988 ( according to Florida state law). Information regarding this license will be sent to you upon booking.
There is a weight capacity limit of 300lb (~136 kg) for each ski.
Accessible to people with reduced mobility (PRM/PMR). Please contact us before your booking in order prepare your visit with easily access.

Our appointment was at 2 three boats from the company came and picked up every single person before us then on the third boat they said we would be next after waiting 2 1/2 hours. I also was discriminated as they would let us on even tho we were there before everyone else.

Hello 👋 We apologize for your experience, unfortunately, that specific day it was very busy as you could realized because of the spring break weekend. A lot of costumers came late and pushed the schedule terribly. The people who went before was scheduled before you and had waited also. We tried to honor everyone appointment in order. It had nothing to do with discrimination but more with other guests behavior unfortunately.

I was a little concerned that Jetskiing would be too hard for me, but the staff was very helpful and taught me everything I needed to know. I didn't fall at all! It was so much fun and I can't wait to come back! Thanks Big Dave Tours. Will definitely come back again in Miami.

Pickup was an absolute disaster! We waited about 40 minutes for the boat operator to arrive. He was super rude. Literally hung up on me on the phone. Also, the clientele… oh man. Overweight, smokers and vapers, covered in tattoos, you know the crowd. 😟
