Our guide, Hammer, was awesome. So informative and funny always kept us engaged. Our littlest is only 3 and was a little scared. He was so good with her and kept talking to her and getting her to enjoy the scenery. The trip itself is beautiful and relaxing. There were a few welcomed splashes along the way to cool us down and provide a few laughs. I whole heartedly recommend this trip for any family with young children but our 14 year old loved it as well. The entire crew was genial, professional, and informative with a heavy focus on safety. It was so much fun that we're already talking about doing it again.

We did this trip with our grandchildren ages 14, 11, and 6. The contactless registration and the friendly staff, all wearing !, made us feel very safe to do this activity in the middle of a pandemic. Our guide was very thorough in training us in how to paddle and the safety guidelines before we started rafting. He was also very good with the kids and made them feel involved; even the 6 year old. He also pointed out points of interest along the way, explaining the history of the nearby mountains, as well as of the local community. We had never been rafting before, and it was a great experience. I highly recommend them and would do it again on a return visit. Exceptional!
