Kevin (Gloves), was a fabulous guide. He did 90% of the rowing, but gave us opportunity to help row occasional. He was considerate of our ages (76 & 82). He pointed out the volcano, the merganser duck, and other interesting things. A suggestion: have 1-2 folding chairs that could be temporarily placed at the top of the stairs for older travelers to wait for the bus to leave.

This was a great trip for beginners and the employees are all wonderful! Eric was our guide and was very informative and kept us smiling with jokes and stories the entire time. Highly recommend.

We had a great time rafting the Milk Run with Cortland! Everyone that we worked with was really helpful, and knowledgeable, and the clean bathrooms and changing rooms just behind the office were an unexpected bonus.
