Our tour was on 12/26, the day after Christmas. My sister and I were looking for a jeep tour for our parents and us that morning. We took Rim Run Jeep Tour, which was 2 hours (not the 3hr supreme, which unfortunately was not available for us). We ended up on this tour by a chance, since it was one of the few that was available on the day (for anyone curious why we chose this place over other jeep tour companies, Pink didn't have a tour open for all 4 of us, and we didn't want to do anything after 3PM since it was supposed to rain on that day after 5PM). We chose this one because the person on the phone recommended this to be the most scenic, which we thought would be most fitting for our parents. We went up this one unpaved road, which is actually open to the public, but would need 4x4 to drive up that road. It was bumpy most of the way which my mom and I enjoyed, and the view was truly amazing with unexpected creek and small waterfalls formed next to the road from the rain. We had Nick for our guide, who was witty and knowledgable to answer my quick questions throughout the trip. He also stopped the jeep for us whenever we wanted to take pictures.
Warning: The meeting spot is their office, not the 76 gas station that is on the pamphlet. We actually asked twice for this and were given the wrong address both times. We ended up being late about 10 min, but they waited for us and thankfully we didn't miss the tour.
