Its not worth that money If you rent a car or scooter and travel across the island there are beaches with same riffs, much more fish and turtles. The riff in Molokini is pretty but i did not see any fish there, maybe we were in the wrong time, but i was so surprised. The trip was about 3 hours; and 40 mins to swim there and back( in general not even 4 hours) Be prepared that you may have sea sickness,so take some pills . The scooter is 50$ each,but they do not tell you that you cant use it on the second location-turtle town, because it scares the turtles.so you able to use the scooter for a 30 mins at the reef. Snacks were like chips and candy bars,not even a wrap or sandwich . Guys works for tips,so be prepare to tip them,so pay even more. Its weird because trip is pretty expensive and the guys do not have salary.

Never took this trip yet the company charged me. I had no knowledge that i had booked this trip because my computer could not process this request in a timely manner more than three hours. So i thought the transaction was not completed and i booked with another company on a different day who could accommodate 9 people. Apparently this transaction for Viator went thru for 7 people for over $1100.00. The confirmation was apparently sent the following day but by then I was not aware of the email so it was never opened. The only other reminder was less than 24 hours prior to sailing and i had no ability to cancel on the late notice. Their fault for no other reminders. Very unhappy about losing my $1150.00 purchase without goods beung delivered rate 0!

Hi Meiling, I am so sorry that you forgot which snorkeling trip you booked. Clearly it shows you messed up this. We followed all our company rules to make sure you are aware of this trip. We texted you the day before as a reminder to make sure you know you have this snorkeling trip tomorrow and you totally ignored it. My captain called you when he arrived to the boat ramp to give you a reminder that the boat leaves in 30 minutes and your husband insulted him. You booked this with Viator and they send you emails and confirmation which you didn't even open and yet you are giving us a 0 star rating. I hope next time you make better planning when travelling. You also asked your family members to give us 0 star rating and I think that is shame!

Captain Spencer and his crew were wonderful! They had a wealth of information on the area. They brought us to a great part of the crater and we enjoyed every minute!
