Great tour with excellent information and engagement. Our tour guide was super nice and attentive. We enjoyed all of the stories!!

This was a joke of a tour. Had nothing to do with ghosts and more of history. I also talked to the tour guide about what it was like and they told me that this was their first time giving a tour. The lady also told me they get paid only $50. A tour. So that would mean with 24 guests, that's a profit of $600+. And the script is 100% plagerized. I found it online. Literally do a Google search. Almost word for word. This is the worst company ever and treats their employees like objects apparently. This tour guide ended up throwing up in the middle of the tour and told me she would get fired if she left. Please, this is a scam.

This is extremely serious, and we are very sorry that you got this kind of impression of our company. Our guide's pay is based on reviews and experience, and it is a tip-based profession. As far as our scripts go, we give guidelines to our guides, but allow them to tell the historical events in their own words. If you were told plagiarized information, we need to look more into what exact content our guides are giving during the tour and figure out what needs to be changed. It is especially unfortunate that your guide felt as if her job was in jeopardy if she ended a tour early due to illness. Our company puts our guide's safety as the number one priority, and we give them full discretion to close the tour for situations out of their control (severe weather, accidents, illness, etc.) We have always stressed this, and we will give all of our guides a reminder about this. All feedback is appreciated, and we will look into everything you had said so we can see what adjustments need to be made for future tour improvements. Thank you for making us aware of this experience.

This tour was a waste of money. Our tour guide seemed like a nice person but you could tell she was trying to recall what she had memorized. She had little to no enthusiasm with delivery that lacked depth and authenticity. Bless her heart. I would not spend money doing this tour.
