The place had a great view, prefect to take photos with friends and family. The unlimited ice cream was a good feature, but basic ice cream choices. When we first entered the place it was nice, a little gift shop and a nice warm welcoming attendant. After that we got some ice cream and explored the place. Nice views, informative pictures and articles. We then took a swirly slide and went into this dim comfy room, we saw an ice cream stand and went over to get some. Right off the bat, we noticed that the lady who attended me and my family looked like she didn’t want to be there. She began to attend us and we noticed she was getting irritated when my sister asked what flavors they had. After that i asked if she could put some sprinkles and she did but barely any. I asked her if she could put some more and instead of telling me “Oh, sorry. We can’t put any more sprinkles.” No. She just shook the ice cream in my face. I felt very humiliated and a bit irritated for her rude service. The guy making the Cotten candy in the next room was scratching his head with his BARE HAND, while cleaning it he grabbed the last bits of the candy and scooped it up with his BARE HAND. After that we went to the sprinkle room, it was okay. Not what we expected but we took very cute photos.

The experience does not justify the ticket price. Most of the experience was mostly empty rooms with magnetic letters just like the ones families put on their fridge. The treats are few and less exciting that those you can get at your local grocery store. A $10 ticket would be fair for what is provided.
