This is a recently opened museum that is outstanding for everyone but particularly students in junior high to early high school. It tells the entire story of the American Revolution through several short films as well as displays. Very good value for the price of admission. Clean restrooms. This museum is adjacent to Carpenter's Hall and the Second Bank Building so one can visit those sites as well.

If you're interested in American history, the Museum of the American Revolution is the place to go! It was amazing to see actual artifacts from the 1700's, some that even belonged to George Washington! I highly recommend to anyone planning a day trip to the area.

Not enough time because we got there late, missed the movie at the beginning of the tour and then had to rush through. Should have gone earlier or been able to buy a ticket for a certain amount of time since we were traveling and tried to squeeze this in on the first day of our trip. We arrived in Philly later than we thought.
