Notre visite nous amène tout près des falaises majestueuses et des plages privées de la côte de Na Pali ainsi que dans des sauvetages épiques en mer. Nous proposons une balade en douceur avec des sièges individuels et des toilettes complètes tout en ayant un accès total aux caractéristiques et activités spectaculaires de la côte de Na Pali.

* Veuillez noter que les activités nautiques telles que la plongée en apnée, les grottes marines, etc. sont MÉTÉO PERMIS mais fait sur une grande majorité de nos circuits.

John and Cannon were amazing guides ! They even managed to find a safe place for us to snorkel even though we took the trip in the winter !

Thank you for the time with is on the water. Yes the winter months do make it a little more challenging. There are leeward areas that remain in calmer water. It was fortunately the day presented clear water. We try to fit everything into the day whenever possible but there are times where the seas just don’t cooperate. Thank also for recognizing John and Kannon. I will make sure they are aware of your review. Mahalo! J

The captain changed the plans at very last minute because he said the ocean conditions were not great and we could have a bumpy ride and we could not go in the caves. He suggested we could go to the "little Na Pali" that, according to his opinion, is pretty much the same of the Na Pali coast but with mountains that are not as tall. We asked if the ocean conditions were so bad that it could be dangerous to go there. He answered that we could go but it would be a problem for people that suffer of seasickness. We objected we wanted to go to the Na Pali coast because that was what we paid for, but he said he had to to follow the will of the majority or we could have trip rescheduled another day because they don't provide a refund. Unfortunately, this wasn't an option to us since we are leaving on Friday and he said first reschedule available would have been for Saturday. The website advertise that rerouting would have been communicated in advance and that if reschedule would have not be possible, we could have a refund. None of these happened to us. We left 45 minutes later of the schedule because we had to wait 4 people and while the tour was supposed to last 4.30-5 hours it was just 3.45 minutes. The little Na Pali is not even close to the beauty of the real Na Pali. Other tours left before us and came back later. We asked where they did go and they said they go to the Na Pali. The experience we had is not worth the money we spent and we can't recommend this tour.

The guide was under impressive, the boat didn’t have a functioning bathroom for a five hour excursion, the food served consisted of chips and cookies and only pop and juice boxes were served. Additionally, only 25 minutes of snorkeling.

Thank you for taking the time to provide your insight. At the beginning of every tour we must remind our friends, in the politest way possible, that we have a very nice and spacious marine restroom and we care for it greatly, however, you as the guest must also care for it as there is only one very nice restroom on the vessel. Therefore, if it goes through you and is the tissue provided our day will be splendid and if a person fails to comply with this request a great disservice is done not only to the friends we have on the boat but also the now under impressed guide who has to rectify this intentionality. We chose our "menu" knowing the former and also the, not mentioned, fact that people do get motion sick at times. Our vessel is fast, stable and comfortable but some just can't go with the motion of the ocean. Knowing this we choose limited food items to hold you over till you can enjoy a wonderful lunch onshore without trying to eat a premade cold cut sandwich on the go whilst another is facilitating the departure of said sandwich into the provided red bucket, or worse, with accompanying objectionable noises. All our guest should be aware that we provide a minimal menu with intent and purpose of thought. Water is also available along with a mixed assortment of beverages. We depart at 7:30am mornings so grab a bite to settle your stomach but do take it easy on the coffee and quantity. We will have you back at 12:30. Each day we take the time to direct our friends to the best local eateries where they do food so well. We are an adventure company. We do adventure and let our chefs do food on shore where you are safe and sound and have the space, time, peace and quiet to enjoy and reflect on the adventure of the morning. It really is quite stunning if everyone can remember to treat the toilet and the staff appropriately. Thank you again for providing this opportunity to cover the basics for our future friends. Each boat operator is grateful when these opportunities to educate arise.
