It was an amazing tour. Mr Komedy made the experience incredible, interesting and hilarious! He was able to tell things we didn’t know!

We arrived for one of the first trolleys to depart at the depot area. Arrive early so you can get free parking. They have restrooms available here as well. The older gentleman working at the ticket counter was extremely rude. He did not appreciate any questions we would ask, and if he had to repeat anything he said he was very snarky. If he would have been our driver we would have waited for the next trolley to say the least. We boarded the next trolley that came. Only had to wait 5 minutes or so. The driver/tour guide on our trolley was outstanding. I wish I remembered her name! She literally talked non stop the whole time with facts and history of the entire area we saw, all while squeezing that huge trolley through numerous small spaces! She handled all situations with grace as people got on and off, or asked questions at the trolley stops. A true gem! Unfortunately, we only had one character visit our entire trip. Having these characters visit during the trolley ride is what sets this company apart from others, so it was extremely disappointing. Our driver even mentioned she was shocked we only had one, as she thought there were at least 3 out on the route that day. When we arrived back to our starting point there was a man there dressing in character, but he simply just sat and said nothing to anyone. I feel we were shorthanded on the experience they state they provide I guess.

We would like to apologize for the gentleman who was rude to you at our location. We strive to provide excellent customer service. We are sorry to hear that this was not the case. We are glad that you enjoyed your tour guide and the tour. Typically on each tour you should see 2-3 characters. We are sorry that you only saw one. I'm not sure what happened there, but we do apologize that you felt shorthanded. We hope you will try us again next time you're in Savannah.
