The route we take on the Cumberland is approximately 3 miles and usually takes around 90 minutes, depending on the current speed and weather conditions. Plan for 90 minutes on the water and 30 minutes for loading and preparation. This section of the Cumberland is typically calm, making it perfect for first-time kayakers. Enjoy the beautiful scenery and capture amazing photos along the way!

Awesome experience and great tour guides! Paddle boarding down the Cumberland River was a great way to cap off our vacation to Nashville and Big Willies provided excellent service!

We had an AMAZING experience paddle boarding and kayaking on the river with this group. Dan and Co. were extremely friendly, and our guide Josh was great! Super easy and fun way to spend some time and see Nashville from a different point of view. Will definitely be coming back and recommending this to our friends! Do it!!! You won’t regret 😁
