Our driver made the road trip fun. Even though he wasn't feeling good ( he never said he wasn't- he would start coughing, but switch off the microphone- sat right up front) he was bubble, full of jokes and informative of the surrounding area. He made it very clear when we were dropped off when we should be back. He said don't be late. I loved Muir Woods.

Booked 2pm tour. Paid no refundable fees. Tour company was supposed to pick us up but called to say they could not. Also told us we had to meet them at 11:30 or we would t have time to see aquarium which was one of the events. Terrible customer service with Tower Tours. Ruined our morning and cost us an extra $30 to catch a cab to their pickup spot. Would not recommend. They do not deliver what is advertised.
