Listing says that the tour includes the following: Expert Local Guide Guaranteed Exclusive Access - Elms Mansion Expertly guided walking tour Food tasting - Praline Beverage - Elms Mansion One-day Jazzy Pass (Transportation Pass) Entry/Admission - Elms Mansion The only one of these things we actually received was the Jazzy pass. No stop at a praline shop, no visit to the Elms Mansion much less an interior tour or beverage. Claimed Elms was closed because a staff member had COVID symptoms (about which I am extremely skeptical; even if true they should have notified us as soon as they found out and offered a refund or rebook) and didn't even mention the praline shop or offer an explanation why that was omitted from the tour. Tour guide was nice but often had to read the plaques in front of the homes for information and was unable to go off script or answer questions; certainly not what I would call an "expert". No refund or discount offered for the missing components of the tour. We specifically booked this tour over others due to the Elms access. Absolutely disappointing experience and false advertising. Trip Advisor should really ban this merchant and I would highly recommend booking elsewhere.

Dear S8872VC, Thanks for taking the time to write us a review. We are very sorry you felt we did not deliver what we promised on this tour. I cannot find your booking with your nickname to investigate further what happened. Our company cares a lot about our guest's experience with us and we are very disappointed in ourselves knowing we did not provide a 5 stars experience for you. I will happily take your case and check with our whole team involved in this tour to investigate how it went. If you can please contact us directly at [email protected] with your booking reference number. We will be looking forward to hearing from you. Kind regards, Jhonas.

Jet was a fantastic tour guide - very knowledgeable about the area and an enthusiastic storyteller. You can tell he really cares about the area and the history of NOLA. The tour was the perfect length of time, and we saw some incredible houses including filming locations for some of my favorite shows and some celebrity houses. Wear good walking shoes and bring a bottle of water because you don't get a drink or bathroom break until a couple of hours in. We ended at Elm Mansion, which was amazing and beautiful. Definitely recommend this tour.
