Spent $600 USD for the family for 3 days.
Entry to attractions (5 included) works well but you need to plan to avoid queues (no priority lines with Bug Bus). Most queue lines are confused by Big Bus tickets BTW..... you have to talk and work with the line attendants who are expecting other companies tickets to figure out where to go.
When it comes to the bus for transport. This is an absolute disappointment. There is simply not enough buses for the number of tickets they sell and spruke on the street.... buses are full in general we found by 10am leaving downstairs seating only. This is ok too, but most buses have no cooling downstairs making hard even for short distances with children.
By the arvo, buses travel together in convoy, leaving huge gaps during the arvo between buses which creates an even worst problem when you try to catch buses.
We spoke to and witnessed many many frustrated customers due to this problem over 3 days.
We travelled for 5 weeks in the USA and have travelled well internationally. Big Bus NYC is the works we have seen from these style bus tours unfortunately.
Please choose the other hop on, hop off, bus companies when in NYC, which are cheaper (without some of the inclusions in their price). It will not cost too much more (of any), and at least you will be able to get on a bus and see the city freely. Won’t happen with Big Bus in our experience.

Good Afternoon kbrogers99,
Please be aware, that you must redeem your tickets at our welcome center, where you'll be provided with paper vouchers for your attraction choices, that is what you provide at the attraction entry. This information is provided on our website in the terms and conditions, upon purchasing the tickets. We do not advertise priority entry, passengers still have to wait on line. Although, we monitor demand and prepare for busier times by increasing our bus fleet, there are events out of our control, which can increase wait time.
Still, we try our best to still provide an opportunity to explore. We do have A/C as well as check our buses before leaving for the days service, but sometimes we experience issues during hotter days and In regards to our prices, they are comparable with our competition. None the less, We appreciate your feedback and hope this one experience does not deter you from using Big Bus in the future.
Kind Regards,
BBTNY
