Can’t really give a review of the tour because it never happened. I filled out the questionnaire about what we wanted to see, etc and got a message that our tour was “confirmed” and we would get more information once matched with a guide. The night before our tour I reached out to confirm things and was told they had to cancel due to no guide. Why was the tour ever “confirmed” and would they have ever notified me before we showed up for our tour? Not sure but wouldn’t risk it if you want a for sure thing!

I completely understand how disappointing it must have been, especially after taking the time to fill out the questionnaire and seeing the tour marked as "confirmed" on the platform. Mei was very professional, friendly and customised the tour for me. I wanted to see Art Deco buildings but also needed to take breaks to sit down. Mei was very accommodating, caring and fun. She recommended other parts of the city and outer areas to visit too. Mei knows the city like the back of her hand, having been a resident for 30 years. I would recommend Mei highly and look forward to more tours with her.

Mindy Cohen was a fabulous guide. Very knowledgeable, humorous, and patient (at times I’m sure she felt as though she was herding cats!). There is no way we could have seen all the wonderful sites of New York City on our own. Thank you!, Chuck and Ann W., and our service dog, Sammy.
