I bought tickets directly through Big City and then tried to cancel them a week in advance due to the forecast. They won't return emails, phone calls or inquiries on their website so I had no way to cancel. I finally got a response a week later that said they'd look into my case within 10 business days which has come and gone. I feel so cheated out of my $$.

Had a 4 day CitySightseeing Pass, and arrived about 2pm to see if I could book a boat trip, as it is not required to pre-book with a sightseeing pass. Not sure what was going on, bit all shut up. No boats, people or signs. No way to run a business
