Nothing what we expected. No tour guide to explain anything just ride up and down the water and drink. Not worth the cost of the tickets. Not very family friendly

Suzanna, thank you for booking a cruise with us and taking some time to leave a review. We are sorry to hear that the cruise was not what you expected. We do offer a wide variety of cruises with various levels of narration, and the City Lights cruise that you booked is not marketed as a guided tour because many couples book this option for a romantic evening on the water and prefer not to be interrupted by narration. I checked the description and did not find any mention of a tour guide. We also do have some tours that are suggested for families that often include reduced rates for children, but the City Lights cruise is not among them. If you would like to discuss this further, or if you found any information in the booking process that indicated that the City Lights tour would have narration or that it was marketed towards families, we would love to have the chance to make any needed corrections if you would be so kind as to email us at [email protected] to let us know. Cannot recommend this tour enough! Wow! What a way to see the city. Getting such an up close look at the Statue of Liberty was amazing. Had a relaxing, amazing time and got great photos.

The trip was awesome. We started by going south and getting an amazing view of the Statue of Liberty during sunset. Then went up and under the Brooklyn bridge. The ride finished by going back up the Hudson to get a beautiful view of the lights of the Manhattan Skyline. On top of the great views and a great atmosphere, the staff was hospitable, helpful, and had the answers to every question we asked.
