I am disappointed with this service. Was so excited to have dinner and see the city on the bus and they cancelled the day before our tour. Said” they had an issue with the bus”. This ruined our NY plans as everything else was booked around NYE and we were leaving the following day. No compensation or an I’m sorry just a simple call to cancel. So unprofessional and will never use this service again. :( So disappointed and devastated…
