We had a great time on this tour. We visited 3 lovely place with the Best speakers as our guide. I recommend to see and Live this part of New York history with them.

Thankfully this is a different experience from the standard 'pack em in, drag em round' tours you often get in NYC. Not only do you go to great drinking spots that you would have totally missed (even though they are hidden in plain sight!), You get the incredible secret history (much harder to see), plus the all important drink order tips. We hung out at one of the most successful speakeasy's in the city, we discovered why women were the ones that helped instigate prohibition as well as led rebellions against it, sipped delicious drinks, all the while being more than well looked after and entertained by our guide, Rory. This tour opened a fresh view of New York, gave us amazing new spots to go to (now we look like the cool kids with these places up our sleeves!), and was such a fun way of spending a midweek evening. Perfect for tourists and locals alike, would totally recommend - and do it again!!

The next time we are in NY, my wife and I will definitely book this same tour again. This tour was none stop fun with a great mix of history, NY speakeasy bar scene, great drinks, and lots of fun.
