Our guide Daniel was very knowledgeable and interesting. He was easy to talk and ask questions to. The breathtaking views of Manhattan from New Jersey was worth every cent of tour.

It is so much fun and they give so much fun history and great information. It’s just an absolute beautiful trip. Daniel was an amazing tour guide He gave us so many fun facts and knew so much history . the treats at Carlos’s bakery (cake boss) were awesome. I reserved this tour on two different occasions, and both times they were cancelled at the last moment. The first time they stated one of the stops might have construction. The second time they stated the NYC marathon was scheduled for the day of the tour. The marathon is always held the first Sunday in November, so the dates for this are known years in advance. Also, I don't see how the drive to New Jersey would be affected by the path of the marathon. If it somehow is, don't sell reservations for the tour when you know when the marathon will be! (Hint: In 2025, it will be on November 2nd!) Both times, I was left with the impression the tours were cancelled because not enough people signed up. If you book this tour, have a back-up plan with a more reputable company readily available!

Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by the last-minute cancellations of your reservations. We understand how disappointing and frustrating this must have been, and we truly regret that we did not meet your expectations. Regarding the first cancellation, unforeseen factors such as potential construction can sometimes arise, but we acknowledge that this explanation may not have provided the clarity you deserved. As for the second cancellation, you’re absolutely right that the NYC Marathon is a well-known event, and we should have accounted for this in our planning. Your point about avoiding scheduling tours during predictable events is a valid one, and we’ll take your feedback to refine our scheduling practices moving forward. We value your feedback and would welcome the opportunity to make this right. Please feel free to reach out to us directly if there’s anything we can do to address your concerns further. Thank you again for bringing this to our attention, and we hope we can earn back your trust in the future.
