Once we were on the boat, the experience was a good one. The boat was clean and the tour guide was funny, engaging, and informative.
Finding where to board the boat is a very different story. We boarded at Pier 16. There needs to be signage as to where to go when you arrive. The instructions in the email are very vague. The guy working the pier was high AF and couldn’t care less. There wasn’t any shelter from the sun, which was fine for most, but there were some elderly guests who were not comfortable. The boat to Pier 16 also came about 20 minutes after the reservation time.
Bottom line is the tour itself was great, but the process to get there and board could use a lot of improvement.
