Worst customer service ever. I went with my reservation and the told me the boat is sold out and what you have is only a voucher which I knew later it is written in between the lines under the cruise details but what annoyed me that I wasn’t the only one and the employee with saying sold out like this is his daily routine the collect money and give you nothing. If this is a respectful company and noticed that this happens so many times, the would put more effort to make this part clear or highlighted in the instructions. But what can I say, it is people money not theirs so the don’t care on the opposite side they collected money for a service that they never delivered. They rely that their customers are one in a life experience so no return customers is ok for them. The best the could do, they said come back tomorrow and use it. Most of us were already leaving the city. This is my first review in my life but they deserve it, I wish this would save one person from hearing you have a voucher not a ticket.
