Greyline seemed to put their resources into hiring people to sell their service and very little into a good reliable product. We were left waiting at bus stops for 45 minutes (they say they arrive every 30 minutes) and at the end of the day the last bus never came, stranding 12 other people as well, and we had to take a taxi. We saw Top View buses everywhere, they seemed much more reliable and accessible. I would recommend Top view rather than Greyline.

This is a must for new comers to New York. You MUST request and wait for Allan France’s bus. He is just the right mix of knowledge and humor. We didn’t want to hop off for fear of missing something he’d say!! Only negative was that the actual stops listed were dated and we had a very difficult time trying to find the actual pick up locations.

Avoid this company at all costs. Buses run down and tour guides inconsistent - 2 were very good (Allen France & Don Cooke) however the rest were awful. Got ripped off with one of the attractions - paid the company but tickets void so had to repay the attraction. Child charged an adult rate. Overall a very expensive disaster. Please AVOID!!!!!!!
