It was great! Bikes were awesome. Easy to pick up and drop off bikes. Well maintained and clean. We buzzed all through Central Park!

Busy place. Staff great. Close to Central Park. Given nice map to follow. Make sure you understand the bike path directions in park.

They gave me a bike with a loose derailleur. It came off half way through the ride when I switched gears. I almost got thrown off and luckily jumped off just in time. When I was in the store, another person came in with a broken bike. It was scary to see them giving these dangerous bikes to families with kids. To return the bike, I had to carry the bike on my shoulders for 5 blocks to get a cab at the nearest park exit. The front desk staff held my ID hostage until I paid the $76 fee to fix the bike. The corporate staff told me it was my fault for not noticing the issue earlier. What is a customer to do, expect a good quality product? Try not to get injured on a defective product? Not having to pay for the defect? Just avoid this place.
