I have used this company in other cities I have visited but I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND this company for seeing New York. We spent more time waiting for a bus that wasn't full, watching 4 buses pass by our stop at Union Square without even acknowledging us. When sitting down stairs because the top deck is full, I appreciate views will be restricted but this is made even worse due to the advertising film on the outside of the bus that also covers the window. On the 3 buses we did manage to get on, the guides simply babbled their way through what seemed to be their own personal view points of the city. Due to the time spent waiting for buses that weren't full, we were not able to spend the day as planned and will now not have the chance to explore some areas of the city on our list. The company is not able to cope with the needs of its customers. If you are going to do a bus tour of NYC, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

We had the pleasure of excellent interactive commentary from our guide Simiso Mguni. He was respectful, extremely knowledgeable and very very funny. Also very kind and considerate. A great experience - thank you Simiso.

We got our tickets for free as part of our hotel stay and it’s a good thing because it was a lousy tour on an old bus with scratched and dirty plexiglass windows on the second deck, which made it very hard to see what we were there to see. In hindsight we should have just used to to get to each stop for free and walked around the attractions. The audio portion was not well synchronized with the route adding to the poor experience. I’ve done tours with other companies before and had a far better experience.
