Our tour guide Nick made this tour. This is the guy that should be training new potential tour guides. He was the best part of this tour. His professionalism and his ability to make people laugh was incredible. The time he took to make sure everyone had their proper documents and if they didn’t his ability to show patience and to help them get it done was also amazing. I was one of those people. Several different issues came up on this particular tour regarding having the proper documentation and he helped everyone. And that was before we left the hotels. During the tour itself, Nick was very knowledgeable and spoke well about the region. He was genuine in his delivery and cared about everyone and that they were enjoying themselves. He engaged in personal conversations and even went out of his way to take pictures of couples and families. He is truly an ambassador for the region. It truly felt as if we all had a good friend of ours showing us around. The management at Over the Falls should be proud that Nick represents them so well. I can’t say enough good things about this guy. I hate doing tours and doing the “tourist thing”. Nick completely changed my mind about that. Thanks to Nick our trip was amazing. Thank you and go Team Nick!!! Our tour date was June 18 at 9am on bus #14. By the way, the buses was spotless clean.
