The Service Animal should be wearing their service vest. This will help the other passengers understand the importance of the animal on the tour. Documentation is required to support the Service Animal is certified as a service/therapy animal by a recognized organization. This must be available to present to the Customs Agent when entering Canada. If your tour includes a border crossing, the animal’s vaccine record must also be available to present to the border agent if requested.

Was a fabulous all day tour of the falls on the US side and the Canada side. Very informative and interesting. Eduardo was our tour guide and he made it fun and was very nice . We couldn’t do the boat part as it was too early in the year( March ) with the water being too icy and temps too chilly. Instead we did the Journey behind the Falls which was pretty neat . There is a stop for lunch and plenty of places to buy souvenirs and gifts. Thank you Eduardo and Over the Falls Tours!

Angel was great! Very knowledgeable and personable. There was a lot of rain and mist, so it was hard to fully appreciate Horseshoe Falls. Regardless, Angel handled everything, and we had a blast.

Even though we did the tour in March and some of the attractions were closed, we still had an amazing experience. Our tour guide, Nick, was awesome! He was very professional, knowledgeable and funny. We visited a lot of great spots in both countries. Totally worth the price. You will need to do a lot of homework and preparation to do this your without a tour guide. Will highly recommend booking this tour if you want to take in as much as you can in a 1-day visit.
