This was probably one of the worst tours I have been on. I usually don't trust reviews but I should have taken note of the bad ones written about this. First off - do not book the complete tour. The Maid of the Mist tour does not operate in certain months yet it still provides that as an option to purchase. I bought this option and was told near the end of the tour that it wasn't happening. When I asked for a refund after the tour with the company they refused and said it was mentioned in the terms and conditions that it operates. It wasn't there when I booked as I read through everything. The first person I spoke with at Viator agreed with me and said the company was at fault and should have not charged me and a refund should have been processed. So I'm not sure if they updated the terms and conditions on the website after someone here realized it wasn't there. The tour was also mostly done in Spanish - which is fine for people who speak/understand it - but not so great for those who don't. The bus is also dirty and didn't arrive on time for the 4am pickup. The tour guide also didn't seem knowledgeable about Niagara Falls and so the main takeaway I got from her was how to take a selfie and where to take it. You're probably better off avoiding this tour if you want to learn about Niagara Falls and its history. Entry to the park is free - and so if you can find an alternative way to get there I'd recommend avoiding this one. As you're basically just paying for transport to the falls and nothing else.

Tour started on time, bus driver was very nice, he lets us into the bus to wait for the guide. This is very important during cold weather and also for the surrounding at that early morning. The guide was excellent and very professional. We enjoyed the tour 👍👍👍
