HORRIBLE-we had booked a tour at Niagara Falls on 10/10/21 at 2030 with reservation # BR-833924328, once we finally found the tour guide, we weren't listed on the tour and the tour was very misleading, I couldn't find in any of the description that this was a walking tour, I would like to have a refund of the monies paid, we did NOT do the tour, I was very disappointed in this very unorganized event, I requested a refund-not happening. This company is horrible-run the other way NOW

You spoke to us and threaten to write a negative review unless you get a refund but as we explain the tour guide works for a living and must get paid. We honor all cancellations 24 hours before the tour. It was clear that you did Not read the description under the tour that say Include: walking tour. The tour guide work and this is their job. You arrived and the tour guide was there ready to provide the tour. You asked to cancel but the tour guide could not get paid since she was there for you. You were the first name on the will call list and I sent the list to you. Either way you refused to join the tour. Unfortunately we can not honor a refund at the time of departure as this is a very small almost private tour and we can not just tell the guide you changed your mind and you are not getting paid today. We tried to offer alternatives but you just refused. Again I suggest before purchasing a tour, please read what you are purchasing and what is included in the experience.
