See this bucket list experience from Luna Island, located between Goat Island and Niagara Falls State Park, Terrapin Point at the tip of Goat Island next to the Canadian Falls, and Prospect Point Observation Tower, all with a local tour guide to provide context on the history and fun facts about the new 8th Wonder of the World. Choose a 60-minute tour that includes the American and Bridal Falls, or a 90-minute tour that includes Horseshoe Falls as well. The Maid of the Mist boat ride is not available after the 8:30 pm walking tour. The boat operates during daytime hours only. Guests who wish to enjoy the boat ride should plan for the next day, or earlier in the day before the night tour.

Kelly was an excellent guide end it was very informative to walk with someone around the park. I honestly did not know this was a walking tour when I booked it but I was not disappointed!

This was the worst experience I've ever had. What trip?? Myself and several other people waited over an hour and a half outside of the Hard Rock Cafe (as directed by the one text message I received) and no one arrived to pick us up. I've never experienced such incompetence and disorganization in my life. No phone call, text or customers service number to find out what was happening. Is this how you run a company? I will never recommend this activity or TripAdvisor to anyone as I felt this was a scam to rip people off. I expect a full refund on this trip as it never happened or you will be hearing from me.

The tour guide must depart on scheduled time. I do understand that you arrived but you arrived after departure time. Check in is 15 mins before the tour not 15 min after the tour. It is not far to passengers that arrived early to depart late. Again I am sorry you missed the tour.

I received an email to show up at 333 prospect street in front of Hard Rock Cafe. We arrived an hour before our 20:30 departure time. No one at Hard Rock, none of the bus drivers, taxis or anyone we asked heard of Viator, Niagara night Illuminated tour or attractions for us! I am going to contact the Better Business Bureau. I only want what I paid for. I spent an hour and a half of my life being aggravated trying to find a pick up point that didn’t exist.
