This was a truly amazing experience and I will recommend it to everyone I know! I was a little apprehensive about doing this but didn’t want to be a party pooper for my husband and daughter nor did I want to miss out. The Sea Quest crew, lead on our boat by Captain Braden, along with Marlene and Morgan, made me feel comfortable. They were very clear with their instructions and were confident in their delivery. They have this process down! Everything went smoothly and beside a few chills on the ride back to the shore, which were minor, it was perfect! Marlene was assigned to our floating board. She had lots of interesting facts to share and she was there to check in if we needed anything. She recently got to name a new Manta which was a cool and fun fact! That night the current was strong and we kept drifting out into the channel a bit. Marlene and Morgan had to pull us all, thirteen in our group, back over a few times. I could hear them talking about it while my face was in the water and my ears were above but I couldn’t really feel us all moving. They stayed calm and just keep moving us. We got to see a few Mantas that night and they were just incredible! They are such gentle giants! And they get so close to you! Some of the people on our board got a little bumped by them! Marlene knew the name of each one! I also enjoyed the little Needle Fish who were attracted to the light as well! Also they had prescription goggles which was fantastic! I can see without glasses but In the dark things are fuzzier. They also had snorkels and wet suits for anyone who didn’t have their own! This company is really professional, prepared and experienced!
