Nature delivered on our tour and we had the manta rays up close the entire time we were out in the water. We had 3-4 manta rays that were around our board the whole time we were out in the water. I also feel like the lights on our board were better than the other tours as I noticed the Mantas stayed closer to us than the other tours that were out in the water. A very unique, positive experience. I didn't realize just how enormous these manta rays are. As far as picking which group to take you out, sea quest is a well run establishment from start to finish. They make you feel taken care of and very safe the entire time. They have a great outdoor space that feels safe during covid. Great staff that really focuses on providing a positive experience from accommodating your needs to providing lots of interesting facts. I got super seasick and thought I was going to puke because the waves were just so big the day we were out on the water. As soon as I mentioned I was starting to feel sick, they were ready to attend to me and didn't hesitate. They make sure there is one person with you when you are away from the board where everyone is watching the rays-- this is important since the manta rays get SO close to the board that you'd probably hit them if you weren't floating up at the surface. When the tour is over they have a nice outdoor space where they have cookies, hot chocolate for everyone. They also brought me lots of ginger tea to help with the sea sickness. Even knowing how sick I got, I would 100% go back on this tour and pick sea quest again. I was impressed by how kind all and fun all their staff members are,

We have done manta dives before but snorkel was a new thing. While it was a little difficult to hold on the light float, the view was amazing. Mantas came up to within inches of me and my mask. Nice crew, nice boat, short ride out to the grounds. Well worth the effort.

We booked a snorkel trip the day before. The boat ride out to the bay was just as much fun as the snorkeling! Our kids are 8 and 11, fairly good swimmers. We saw humpback whales and manta rays while out- turning this trip into more than just snorkeling. Plus, the guides, Brendon and Jill, gave great history about the area as made our way back. They were super friendly, patient, and really good at their jobs. Plus there were snacks which we didn't expect. The zodiac boat did not have a cover, so wear sunscreen for sure. Totally recommend this trip.
