Teresa & Sunshine were great. Being here during the Final Four I didn’t know how this experience would go and it exceeded expectations. I/We would def recommend this to anyone interested and Teresa was fantastic. Hung out on Bourbon St. with my kids afterwards.

So fun, ask for Theresa! She really brought the tour to life and knows historical facts better than any guide I've ever met. Lewd Spirits will be on our next visit!

Our tour was not good at all. I think our guide Keynin may have been intoxicated. He actually drank on the tour and couldn’t seem to keep his balance. His stories seemed fabricated, did not make sense or he could not remember people’s names in them. Keynin although very nice, was unprofessional and just kept repeating himself over and over and over! It was a very frustrating and long drawn out tour ( it took over 2 hours! ) The extra time would have been great if we were enjoying ourselves, I would have felt like I was getting “more bang for my buck” but it was really just mundane and we wanted it to end! I picked this tour for its excellent reviews but I guess it just depends on who your tour guide is, maybe ask in advance?!

I really wish you would have called or emailed us about how you felt about your tour. As a small company, we take bad reviews very seriously. We take pride in giving a great tour and are honored that our guests choose us for fun during their precious vacation time. To claim a guide is drunk and drinking on tour is very serious to us. There are no excuses for drinking while working. What a guide does when a tour is over is up to them. But while our guests are in their care is another story. But I wonder if he was really drinking, like soda or something. I will ask him after he gets out of the hospital. He went in the morning after he gave the tour with you, and I didn't want to bug him with this review as he deals with his health issues. But, we do take these claims very seriously. Thank you for letting us know about your experience, and sorry that you gave your review before we could make it right.
