The service from the staff themselves were good. They appeared to be nice and did what you asked of them. However the food was cold and bland. The food warmers don’t do anything at all. They had a heat lamp for the steak which didn’t do anything, the candles didn’t do anything at all to keep the food warm. We spend $135 per person and then had to pay $142 dollars in additional fees not including any taxes. City Cruises needs to provide better equipment to their staff to keep food warm on a ship. The boat ride was nice but that’s it.
