Awful. Needs to made clearer that exchange places with voucher for tickets is actually on the street outside the venues listed. The staff on the street are mostly new African immigrants. Their English skills, customer service is not the best. I got passed from pillar to post, eventually having to walk 20 blocks to exchange my voucher in their office. I missed out on the Brooklyn tour as the Liberty Cruise ran 2 1/2 hrs late due to traffic, which was bad but not that bad! The staff on the bus are hit or miss. Either good or just after a tip. I would not use them again or recommend anyone else do so.
personally we got uptown, downtown, night, brooklyn, bronx tours and only used downtown tour. this was great except it would be nice if there was a stop closer to 9/11 memorial. our tour guide, antonia, was fantastic! it was a little challenging getting our voucher exchanged to a ticket. we couldn't do it on street, had to go to main office.
I give this a star and it goes to the ticket agent at the Rockefeller Center - the tour company could not find our reservations and/or confirmation of payment or our names for that matter. This agent spent a good 30 minutes on his phone trying to sort out things for us and in the end he did and we were able to get on a tour bus only to find out that by 92 degrees these busses don't even have a/c in the enclosed portion ground floor of the bus, my husband wears a leg brace, it was difficult for him to climb to the second deck of the bus only to have to come down again because it was unbearably hot. I would not recommend this tour company and as well I have to tell you that it is not the first time that I have booked something with you that didn't work out the way it was supposed to so we have decided not to use Viator anymore as well.
