Very kind. They give you lock and helmet included in the price. The bikes are in good condition. My 8-year-old son was given a pretty good Trek. To repeat!

Really reading the reviews, I do not understand what is good about this rental service. From the reception we are thrown a paper to sign without listening to our questions. We were there from the opening with a sightseeing pass, maybe that is the difference. We had rotten bikes. No other terms. I a way but well it can pass for a rental bike. The second one, no brakes, bravo security. And our daughter's clearly had a big problem. He wasn't moving. You had to press like crazy to move forward. Luckily she is tall so I was able to take her bike to relieve her because she was really struggling. The crankset even jammed once so my foot ripped and burst to the ground, lucky it was me because my daughter could have hurt herself very much. We went back to the store and they clearly didn't care. They took care of us once the customer flow left and the bikes went back to rent despite our remarks. And so much for us they could do nothing. I am shocked and I really do not understand where the professionalism of this shop is!!!!
