This was our first carriage ride in NYC and we were so fortunate to have Miguel as our driver. He was very informative of the park and was so personable! We loved his horse, Silver, too! I would highly recommend this carriage ride and of course, Miguel as your driver!

To end our 8-day trip to NYC, I booked the horse-drawn carriage tour. What a way to wrap up the trip! It was a picture-perfect day and the instructions sent via email by the tour operator concerning where to meet couldn't have been any clearer and simple. A stress-free start to the day! Our driver, Luiz, texted me and told me exactly when he would be arriving, and called to say he had arrived and waved us over. Now that's customer service! The ride was so lovely! We were assigned a clean, well-maintained carriage, beautiful horse, and an incredibly personable but not overly chatty guide. He clearly pointed out and explained each landmark fully, slowing and/or stopping to take pictures. It was a relaxing pace and we were able to be immersed in the beauty of the park. Thanks so much to Luiz and "Milo" for a memorable event. An awesome tour---highly recommend this operator and definitely our guide!
